Aspirations in Computing (AiC) Community membership is free, and the benefits follow you throughout high school, college, and into your career! Benefits of being in this community include:

Apply for Awards
Aspirations in Computing offers four awards for high school students. All members of the National AiC Community are eligible to apply. All applicants are evaluated for recognition at the National level and are then evaluated for state recognition via the MnTech AiC Program. Students recognized within Minnesota are offered additional learning opportunities.

Why Participate in AiC
Aspirations in Computing gives students a place to explore computing, build confidence, and see what may be possible.
Students who participate often report a stronger sense of confidence in their computing skills and more motivation to continue learning. Since 2007, the program has given more than 25,000 awards and grown into a community of more than 30,000 members, including high school students, college and graduate students, and early-career professionals.
The program reaches students across the country, from Homer, Alaska, to New York City, and from ninth grade through PhD programs. Among AiC Award winners, 90% report majoring or minoring in a STEM field in college, including 80% in computer science or engineering.
