Comprehensive Achievement and Civic Readiness (CACR)
Flight Path 2030 also connects to Minnesota’s Comprehensive Achievement and Civic Readiness work, known as CACR.
CACR is a statewide framework that asks school districts and charter schools to set long-term goals for student learning, graduation, career and college readiness, and lifelong learning. It replaced the former World’s Best Workforce framework beginning with the 2024-25 school year. Districts are required to develop strategic plans, report progress, and invite public feedback as part of this work.
Flight Path 2030 supports these goals by helping Red Wing students build future-ready skills, explore possible paths after graduation, and connect their learning to the world around them.
